long time, no write
So, I’ve been way busy with the band (robotJunky), the new videogaming site (gamesAreEvil) and my work (Special Ed. Service Agency). Plus, you know, parenting and husbanding and such.
I’ve also been trying to keep up the reading. I feel like a more ocmplete human being when I a) read, and b) exercise. So here’s a little thing about one of the books I’ve read recently:
Radio Freefall by Matthew Jarpe

rating: 4 of 5 stars
Mix geek culture with rock band culture with drug culture, and put it all in the near-ish future, and you have a good read. This book is oddly compelling, and I look forward to more from this author.
I love it when I find such an original work at the local library. I make it a point to try a new author each time I head over there. This book made me continue the practice.
